Myrcene – anti-inflammatory, stress reduction, anxiety reduction 

Alpha-Pinene & Beta Pinene - Alpha pinene, recognized for its potential anti-inflammatory and bronchodilator properties, is believed to enhance focus, alertness, and memory.  Beta pinene is associated with potential anti-anxiety and neuroprotective pinene terpene effects.

Beta-Caryophyllene – anti-anxiety / anti-depression,  supports the immune system and can relieve pain by reducing inflammation and can help to soothe and relax

Terpinolene – in larger amounts sedative but we are not using it that way, this application is for supporting stress reduction and powerful antioxidant.
